At MiniNail, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance dabbing equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items. Due to the nature of vaporizer products, items that have been used or seasoned cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your unused MiniNail kit in its original factory packaging, ensuring all coils, controllers, and accessories are included and protected.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new, unused condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
