How long does it take for the MiniNail to reach operating temperature?
MiniNail controllers are designed for efficiency and typically reach your desired temperature setting within 2 to 3 minutes.
What is your shipping policy for electronic vaporizers?
We offer discreet shipping on all orders. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days, and we provide tracking information via email as soon as your package departs our facility.
Do you offer a warranty on your electronic components?
Yes, we stand by our product quality. All MiniNail Controller Boxes come with a 2-year warranty, while heating coils are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
Are MiniNail products compatible with 220V international power standards?
Yes, we offer both 110V (US standard) and 220V (International standard) versions of our kits. Please ensure you select the correct voltage for your region during checkout.
